REFUND POLICY

If you would like a refund, you must request a refund prior to the live break associated with your order. Your item must be unopened and you will need proof of purchase. Once the live break has started there are absolutely no refunds or returns.


To start a return, you can contact us at tsbcardmarket@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please provide your order # in the refund request.


Refund Requests
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, there will be a restock fee associated. The fee depends upon your order and will be confirmed along with the request approval. If you would like a refund in store credit, you will not be charged the restock fee.
